Return and Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility:
- The return must be done within 7 days of the purchase.
- The goods must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
- The goods must also be in their original packaging.
- We do not accept partial returns for any unused portion of boxes or moving supplies.

For returned items, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once a return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund request is approved, then the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card. There is usually a 5-7 day delay before a refund is posted.
The delivery fee you paid when ordering the product will be deducted from your refund. If you were eligible for free delivery at the time of purchase, a fee of $25 will be deducted from your refund. A restocking fee of 15% of the value of the order will be deducted from the refund amount.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that was opened, used, or is otherwise in a condition other than the original. Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded, goods on sale cannot be refunded.
Upon return, we will reimburse no later than 7 days from the day on which we received the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment that was used for the Order.
